White County Sheriff’s Department and Indiana State Police are investigating a fatal crash at the intersection of County Road 1250 South and County Road 100 East in White County. The Sheriff’s Department reported it happened around 9:30 Monday morning.

Mary Westerhouse was a passenger in a vehicle driven by her husband. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Roger Westerhouse stopped at a stop sign while westbound on 1250 S. He continued thru the stop and was hit a southbound car on CF 100 E.

The White County Coroner has identified the passenger to be 69-year -old Mary Westerhouse from Monticello. Both drivers were taken to Lafayette hospitals.
