Monticello, IN police reported a car collided with a moped in the 1800 block of N. Francis Street Sunday afternoon. 57-year-old James Bush was pronounced dead at the scene. The White County Sheriff's Office said Bush's moped hit the back of a vehicle stopped to make a turn into a business parking lot.

70-year-old Robert Roth was traveling north on Francis Street and had stopped to turn. Bush was driving his moped south on Francis Street.
