Following Friday’s temporary restraining order against the state from enforcing the gun ban on 866 plaintiffs in an Effingham County case, attorney Thomas DeVore expects to file another lawsuit with more plaintiffs. How many new plaintiffs to be added to a separate but similar case isn’t yet known. The governor and legislative leaders said to expect an appeal.
