A new start for the Iroquois County Board as Fiscal Year 2023 gets underway. The County Board re-organized Monday, swearing in new members and re-electing John Shure as Board Chairman. Paul Ducat will serve as Vice-Chair, also elected by the membership.
The Board’s been reduced to 16 members from 20. Each of the four districts have four representatives.
Four new members took their seats after being sworn-in. Raymond Williams will represent District 3. Doug Geiger, Mitchell Bence and Scott Watts are all new as voices for District 4.
District 1 includes: Chad McGinnis, Lyle Behrends, Michael McTaggart and Ducat.
District 2 is represented by Jed Whitlow, Shure, Barb Offill and Steve Hughes.
District 3 includes: Donna Crow, Charlie Alt, Paul Bowers and Williams.
District 4 includes Geiger, Bence, Scott Watts and John Zumwalt.
