New Queen at Ford County Fair

Nineteen-year-old Jolee Hastings of Loda was crowned the queen of the Ford County Fair Monday night.   The daughter of Joel and Mary Hastings will reign over the fair this week.  She'll represent Ford County for the year ahead.  Jolee is a 2020 graduate of PBL High School and is studying Agricultural Accounting at Parkland College and the U of I.

18-year-old Lyndi Allen of Paxton was named 1st runner-up and Miss Congeniality.

The fair continues this week.  The Little Mister & Miss Pageant is at 5:30 pm today followed by the Talent Show at 6:30.  Both events are in the Dance Building at the Melvin Fairgrounds.
