An 18-year-old from Brook is the new queen of the Punkin Vine Fair in Newton County. Kimberly Carcamo was the judges selection last night at the fairgrounds northwest of Kentland.

Taylor Jean Watkins was named 1st runner-up. Second runner-up was Julia Suzanne Doyle of Brook. She was also named Miss Congeniality and Miss Photogenic.
