Newton County, Indiana goverment offices and facilities will close to the public, effective Wednesday, March 18.  The County Board of Commissioners is taking the action to protect employees and citizens from the COVID-19 virus pandemic. All public use of county buildings and meeting rooms is discontinued until further notice.
