The Lake County, IN Coroner’s Office has identified a Newton County woman killed in a traffic accident last Friday. 50-yr-old Tracy Holt was pronounced dead at the scene of where her body was found along Parrish Avenue in Schneider (IN).
The investigation is continuing. The Coroner’s Office reports Police revealed Holt was struck by a vehicle that was driving behind another vehicle when the first vehicle suddenly swerved to avoid something in the roadway. The second driver was unable to react on time and ran over the woman. The drivers of the vehicles are cooperating with the police investigation.
