The purpose of this public notice is to provide an opportunity for the public to receive information and comment on the Ford County fees for a Farmers’ Market Permit.

The Ford County Board of Health invite public comments regarding the intent to create and set a fee for the Farmers' Market Permit in Ford County beginning January 1, 2023. Information regarding Farmers’ Market permitting in the Illinois Compiled Statutes under the Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act can be found at 410 ILCS 625/3.3.
