Kankakee County’s Emergency Management Agency and the National Weather Service are hosting a Weather Spotters Training session Thursday evening at Kankakee Community College.  Kankakee County EMA Director Becky Powell extends an invitation to those interested in the free program. The approximate 2-hour session begins at 6 pm. Registration is not required. The training is in the KCC auditorium.
