Twenty-year-old Abby Foster, a Danville native and 2015 graduate of Oakwood High School, was crowned Miss Illinois on Saturday night. She will move on to compete at Miss America in September.

Foster, who competed as Miss East Central, performed a lyrical dance to "Rise Up." She wins $10,000 in scholarships.

First runner-up, winner of $3,000 scholarship: Janna Harner, Miss Heartland from Dongola.

Second runner-Up, winner of $2,000 scholarship: Stephanie Dearwester, Miss Quincy from Paloma.

Third runner-up, winner of $1,500 scholarship: Sheridan Hurtig, Miss Land of Lincoln from Mundelein.

Fourth runner-up, winner of $1,200 scholarship: Alexandria Strother, Miss Chicago from Chicago.
