An overturned cattle hauler caused all types of problems on I-57 in Rantoul. Illinois State Troopers joined Rantoul fire department members and other emergency responders (Thursday) in an effort to recover and rescue the livestock. Medical help was also on the way from the University of Illinois to assist in saving as many cattle and calves as possible. Drivers were warned to proceed with caution through the northbound 1-57 Rantoul ramp.
