Olivet Nazarene University officials say the unexpected death of a 22-year-old senior is under investigation.

Miley Reed was found unconscious in the on-campus apartment she shared with three roommates. She was pronounced dead at Presence St. Mary's Hospital shortly after 7 a.m Thursday.

Kankakee County Coroner Bob Gessner said an autopsy was performed, but Gessner said a cause of death has not been determined. Reed had flu-like symptoms in recent days, and her death appeared natural.
