Illinois State Police report I-57 traffic was back to normal about 6 am today (Wed) after an early-moring crash at mile marker 237. It was a head-on colission between a car and a freightliner. Dawn Garrelts of Onarga was arrested by a trooper for Aggravated DUI, Improper Lane Usage and Operating without Insurance.  Polcie reported Garrelts was northbound in the southbound lanes of the interstate. She collided head-on with the semi about 12:35 am. Injury were not life-threatening, according to police.
