A Saturday night crash on I-57 in Kankakee County forced the closure of the northbound lanes near the 308 mile-marker.  Emergency crews reported one dead and a nother air-lifted to another hospital.  Illinois State Police closed the northbound lanes to accomodate emergency responders.  Several motorists reported lengthy delays.  Names of the people involved were not released.
