Watseka and Milford officials are recognizinbg their respective grand marshalls for the upcoming Christmas parades.  The Watseka Area Chamber of Commerce salutes Barry & Marcia Craft to lead the Annual Lighted Christmas Parade on November 29.  Its steps off at 7 pm following the lighting of the Christmas Tree at the Watseka Post Office.

Barry & Marcia are being recognized for their years of volunteering.  Both are retirned and enjoy giving back to the community.

The City of Watseka sponsors the parade.  Entries are welcome.  Contact the Chamber of Commerce at 815-432-2416.

'Old Fashioned Chistmas' at Milford ---

The 4th Annual Christmas Parade at Milford is Sunday, December 1.  It begins at 5 pm and enries are welcome by contacting the Milford Town Hall, Citizens State Bank or Milford Building & Loan.

The grand marshall this year is Mrs. Geniece Allen, life-long resident and avid supporter of Milford school district sporting events. Volunteers from Angel's Closet will be honored as Volunteers-of-the-Year. The group works diligently to help those in need in Milford and the surrounding area.

Donations are needed to help defray costs for the parade.
