22-year-old Preston Braaten will have to answer to a criminal complaint against him for criminal sexual assault, sexual abuse and residential burglary.  The Paxton resident is free on bond after he was arrested for allegedly entering an apartment and sexually assaulting a victim.  The incident happened July 22.  Braatan is due back in court September 22.
