A Monticello, IL woman, Peggy Tracy, is a $4-million lottery winner. Tracy purchased a 100X The Cash ticket at the Village Pantry in Paxton.

It was scratch off ticket. Tracy chose to take her win with a one-time payout of $2, 400,000.

The Village Pantry will receive $40,000, one-percent of the winnings, for selling the winning ticket.

She and her husband plan to share the windfall with their three children and four grandchildren, and invest for retirement.
