The PBL school district is reporting no injuries this (Thurs) morning in a school bus – semi-trailer accident in Ford County.

Superintendent Cliff McClure reports there were four PBL students onboard the bus when it collided with the semi-trailer a little before 7 am. The collision occurred on Paxton's east side, at the intersection of Pells Street and Stockholm Road.

Traffic was being detoured.

Three of the four students were released to their parents. The other went to school.

The driver of the bus and semi-trailer remained at the scene while emergency personnel gathered.

The school district's automated parental-notification system made parents aware of the accident.
