Primary Election Day in Indiana

Indiana voters are heading to the polls today.  Voters can cast ballots from 6a 'til 6p. The field of candidates will be narrowed for the General Election in November.

The primary includes races for Congress, both Senate and House, and for state legislators.  Several counties have contests for sheriff and other county-wide positions.  Judgeships and town-council seats, and some referemdum questions are part of the process too.  Indiana requires an ID to vote.
