A 43-year-old Reddick woman will spend 27 years in prison for the shooting death of her former husband.

Michelle Rockwood pleaded guilty to murder in Kankakee Circuit Court. Her plea was for the death of 49-year-old Theodore Rockwood in November 2015. The victim was shot five times in his Shannon Shores home.
