The arrest of a 18-yr-old in Paxton stems from an alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl during the summer months. And then, several retaliatory fights led to charges against seven other juveniles. Today, a police presence at PBL High School is monitoring the situation.

18-yr-old Janson Campbell of Paxton faces charges in connection with the alleged sexual assault of the 14-yr-old female. Campbell is free on bond, according to the Ford County Chronicle.

Paxton Police had reported several retaliatory fights at the school came about with threats made on social media pages. Friends of the alleged sex abuse victim reacted when the girl told of what happened to her.
