Riverside joins just 2 in 5 employers that meet standards for certification

 Riverside Healthcare is announcing it’s been awarded a 2025 Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health by Mental Health America (MHA). This is the fourth consecutive year that Riverside has received this recognition.

The Bell Seal is the nation’s preeminent certification, recognizing employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces.

MHA is the nation’s leading community-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental health, well-being, and illness prevention for all. MHA has spent decades researching mental health in the workplace and introduced the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health in 2019 to recognize organizations that value and implement policies and practices that support employee mental health and well-being.
