Riverside Healthcare gives back to high schools

Riverside Healthcare's annual Scores for Schools program gave more than $12,000 to area high schools.  Each year, Riverside Medical Center celebrates athletic achievements of the schools.  Schools have an oppotunity to earn $25 for every home varsity football touchdown, $20 for every home volleyball match won, and for those schools without a football program, $10 for every home varsity boys soccer goal. 

Schools represented at the celebration and earning a monetary award included:  Central High School at Clifton, Iroquois West at Gilman and Watseka High ... in Iroquois County. Schools in Kankakee County include: Kankakee High, Bradley-Bourbonnais, Bishop McNamara, Grant Park, Herscher, Manteno and Momence High Schools.  Also St. Anne, Grace Christian Academy, Kankakee Trinity Academy. 

Grundy and Will County schools benefitting are:  Reed Custer, Wilmington, Coal City, Beecher, and Peotone High Schools.
