The IDOT officials are also reporting a resurfacing project begins today (10/14) along Illinois Route 53 (BaltimoreStreet from Watser Street/Route 102 to the Wilmington-Peotone Road.  Intermittent land closures will be involved. The public can expect delays.

The work includes construction of ADA-compliant sidewalk ramps.  Access to residences and businesses within the work zone will be maintained during the construction.
