Saunemin man gets probation for drug arrest in Livingston County

A Livingston County Judge sentenced 35-year-old Casey Lewis Jr of Saunemin to 30-months probation. Lewis plead guilty to felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.

Lewis will also 90 days in the Livingston County Jail and served 100 hours community service, in addition to $3,000 in fines.

Sheriff Tony Childress reported Lewis was arrested last January for felony possession of heroin with intent to deliver. Pontiac Police and the Livingston County ProActive Unit conducted the investigation.
