A proposed school consolidation between Iroquois County Watseka district Unit 9 and Crescent-Iroquois district 249 invites the public to a public haring at 6:30 pm this (Monday evening.  Testimony regarding the proposed consolidation is welcome.  The hearing is at the Iroquois Couty Administrative Center in Watseka.

All community members are invited to share their views on the proposal.  Proposed tax rates will be presented.Questions and answers are part of the program.

The Regional Office of Education will conduct the hearing.  The Regional Office will determine whether the matter will appearbefore voters on the April 2 ballot.
