Construction along U.S. Route 24 in White County, Indiana will force motorists to plan ahead this week.

Route 24 between County Road North 100 West and Hillside Drive, near Reynolds, will be closed for 15-minute periods today (Monday) through Thursday. A helicopter is involved in pulling overhear power lines over the highway.

To avoid delays during the project, drivers are encouraged to avoid U.S. 24 between Reynolds and Wolcott.
