(Bradley, IL) -- People busted with a small amount of pot in Bradley, Illinois may not face criminal charges. Village board members cleared a new ordinance (Monday) which will allow police to write a ticket for anyone caught with less than ten-grams of pot. The fines would range from 200-to-750-dollars. Police officers would be allowed to use their discretion on whether to write a ticket or arrest the suspect, so repeat offenders may not get off as easily as they'd hope. {Metro News}
