Illinois State Police report I-74 near Oakwood is open again after a crash this (Thurs) morning. The accident involved a semi tractor-trailer.

Troopers say the semi had jackknifed in the median. No word of injuries.

The trailer was blocking the passing lane of I-74 eastbound. The falling rain early today limited visibility and traction. Motorists were being advised to seek an alternate route.
