Com-Ed is reporting several thousand customers were without power overnight after storms moved through the Chicago-land area.  Reports of downed power lines, trees and some minor structure damage.  No personal injuries have been reported.  Work crews are in the process of getting customers back online.  The stormy weather brought some relief from the record hot temperatures  the last two days.
