Officials in Cook County reported the effects of the storms.  Some 4,300 people remained without service Monday morning.  Over 4.3 inches of rain was recorded in Oak Lawn.  Will County was dealing with flooding too.  The Tribune reported 253 canceled flights with 50-mph winds and 12-fot waves on Lake Michigan.
