Survey favors Halvorson for Congress

A recent poll of 500 registered voters in the 2nd Congressional District favor former Congresswoman Debbie Halvorson in the race to replace Jesse Jackson Jr.

Halvorson holds the number one position with a little more than 21% of the likely-vote. Former State Rep, Robin Kelly was second with 17.4%.

Victory Research conducted the poll between Sunday and Tuesday of this week. The results have a margin of error of 4.3 percent.
