Talent Show winners at Ford County Fair

Winners in the respective Junior and Senior Divisions of the Ford County Fair Talent Show represented the Studio on Main in Watseka.  Owner Pam Hibbert directed the efforts of the on-stage performers.  First place winenrs now advance to the State of Illinois IAAF Talent Show next January in Springfield.

Junior Division >  3rd place Cora Busby from Paxton. She sang a vocal solo to Colors of the Wind. 2nd Place was Elite Energy, a junior dance team. The group danced a HipHop medley to “Get This Party Started”, “Ice Ice Baby” and “One, Two Step.” Members of the group include Lily Anderson, London Clark, Annika Greene, Vanysah Hickman, Addie Kingdon, Madelyn Loy, Sarah Parsons, and Savannah Reed. 1st place winner was a junior dance team, “The First Impressions.”  Members of the group included Libby Hamilton, Dahlia Johnson, Amelia Marcier, Kate Sabol, Avery Schroeder, London Starkey, and Harley Valentine. They danced a jazz selection to “Can’t Stop This Feeling.”

Senior Division >  Winners for 3rd place Addison Lewis from Hoopeston. Addison sang a vocal solo to “Speechless.” 2nd place went to Kaylynn Little from Gibson City. She sang a country vocal solo to “The Good Ones.” 1st place winners were the Voodoo Essence dance team with a tap dance routine “Man with The Hex.” Members of the team include Hope Aaron, Lilian Eheart, Hannah Eheart, Briana Warren and Sadee Wuethrich.          {ARTICLE SUBMITTED}
