Those people affected by last week's tornadoes are being given more time to pay their taxes. Governor Bruce Rauner announced that residents living in the devastated areas of DeKalb and Ogle County will have until October 31st to file tax returns. Rauner said those communities should be focused on healing and recovery instead of deadlines.
