The Early Risers Chapter of Toast Masters in Iroquois County has kicked off a Gift Card Drive designed to benefit domestic violence survivors served by Harbor house. The gift cards and monetary donations go to those Harbor House serves, thru its Free and confidential programs to help break the cycle of domestic violence.

Toast Master member Larry Burton said the group has donated $300 to get the Gift card Drive underway. Other businesses, church groups and individuals are urged to step up too … Those looking to help can reach Larry Burton at 815-953-5430.

Harbor House is on the verge of opening an Iroquois County Shelter. It’ll enhance the Harbor House services which provides counseling, chats and an emergency Hotline.
