Toxicology Report: Alcohol involved in Jessica Hinojosa's crash into Kankakee River

A toxicology report released this week shows Jessica Hinojosa had a blood alcohol level three-times over the legal limit. She's the 25-year-old woman whose car was found in the Kankakee River in February. The woman's body was found in the river more than a month later.

Hinojosa's disappearance on February 15th started a search for her after she accidentally drove her car thru a fence and into the river.

The death was ruled a drowning due to the car accident. The toxicology report showed a BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) of .233.

The Kankakee woman was last seen a few hours after midnight as she left a bar on South East Avenue. A hole in a fence on River Street prompted a search and her car was found in the river.
