A 2-year-old child was among three persons injured in a 2-vehicle collision (Tuesday) in Kankakee County. It was another wreck at Route 115 and LeHigh Road (7000W).

Illinois State Police report 66-year-old James Earleywine of Bradley failed to stop at a stop sign while eastbound on Rt. 115. He hit a southbound pickup driven by 31-year-old Jeremy Berns of Herscher.

The occupants were taken to Presence St. Mary’s Hospital. No word on how serious injuries may have been.

Earleywine was cited for Disobeying a Stop Sign.
