22-year-old Brittany A. Are-Latosa of Chicago was jailed in Watseka after State Police stopped her vehicle for speeding Tuesday on I-57. A search of the vehicle revealed more than 19-hundred grams of cannabis.

The vehicle was clocked at 100 mph just before 10:30 pm. Are-Latosa was charged with possession of cannabis and for the manufacture and delivery of cannabis. Traffic violations included speeding and improper lane usage.
