Safety is a top priority for young trick " treaters.  Halloween offers door-to-door visits for the young kids in several towns.  Parents and guardians are advised to take all precautions and make sure children are accounted for.  Motorists need to watch for the younger children.  Trick 'R Treat hours for many area cities/towns are posted on the WGFA website.
