Truck fire shuts down I-65 near Rensselaer

Indiana State Police say I-65 south of Rensselaer was messed up this (Wednesday) morning when a truck fire forced traffic to be diverted.  A truck carrying computers with lithium batteries caught fire.  The state police reported the lithium batteries kept catching on fire during the clean-up process.  The fire reportedly was tiggered when the semi-trailer struck an object on the roadway.  No word of any injury.  Motorists were encouraged to use U.S. 41.
