Limestone Fire & Rescue reporting the rescue of two people stranded on a rocky-cliff at the Vulcan Materials Quarry at LeHigh. The rescue was carried out (Monday). The victims were stuck some 80-feet high. No word on how long they were in the situation. Fire personnel said it took nearly 4 hours to clear snow and make a path for rescue equipment to be set up. The two rescued were among four people sledding after the snowfall over the weekend. No serious injury was reported.
