Thursday afternoon shooting in Kankakee finds a teenager hospitalized and a second teen under arrest. City Police were called to the 700-block of E. Hickory Street. Shots fired and officers found a 13-year-old with a gunshot wound to the leg. A 14-year-old was then found at an abandoned house after a search of the neighborhood.
Police report the 14-year-old is in custody charged with Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
