The latest unemployment numbers shows a jump East-Central Illinois.

The city of Danville's jobless rate rose one-percent to 14.4 percent. The Vermilion County jobless rate for July was 11.8 percent. That's up from 11.1 in June.

Champaign County's unemployment rate jumped from 6.5 percent in June to 8.9 percent in July. In Iroquois County the rate rose slightly from 7.7 to 8.0 percent.

Kankakee County's unemployment is at 11.2%...down from 11.3 in 2012.
