Sixteen-year-old William Hanson was identified as the teen killed in a single-vehicle rollover accident Sunday in Iroquois County. He was a Central High School student.

The teen was westbound when the pickup truck he was driving left the roadway, hit a culvert and rolled several times. Illinois State Police said the vehicle then hit several trees.

The accident happened on Route 45 at 1159 E Road.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by Coroner Bill Cheatum.
