The reward for information leading to the arrest of a suspect(s) in the murders of Delphi teenagers Liberty German and Abigail Williams has increased to $96,000. According to Indiana State Police, the increase is due to numerous donations from the public and businesses.
Police say there have been approximately 8,800 tips received via phone and email. Police have released a photo and audio of a man who they consider to be their primary suspect(s). Both the photo and audio were captured by German before her death. He is described as a white male, who was wearing blue jeans, a blue coat/jacket and a hoodie.
