The Kankakee County Coroner's Office has identified the three men who died in a single-vehicle car crash this (Monday) on U.S. Route 45/52.

The driver of the car was 25-year-old Lukas Frye of Milford. 56-year-old Randy Gates of Kankakee was a front-seat passenger. Also killed was 43-year-old Eddie Sarkozi of Iroquois.

Another passenger, the only one to survive the crash, has not been identified. He was able to free himself from the car. He was taken to an area hospital.

The southbound car hit a pole. The vehicle ended up in a culvert. The driver, Frye was ejected. The two other victims were pinned inside.

The Coroner's office reports autopsies were performed and toxicology reports are pending.
