39-year-old Jessica Lynn Bailey of Kentland (IN) was the victim of a single-car crash Thursday morning.  Newton County Sheriff's Police reported her SUV was eastbound on County Road 50E when it left the road  and  hit a bridge.  Police said Bailey was the sole occupant and pronounced dead at the scene.  The accident happened just before 6:30 am, south of the Souhty Newton High School.
