The two men involved in the altercation Sunday in Oxford (IN) are now identified. 35-year-old Nathan Lee Gick Oxford sustained non-life threatening injuries. He suffered a gunshot wound during a fight at an apartment complex. He was treated and released at a local hospital.

Indiana State Police report 35-year-old Nathan R. Hipps of Oxford was the alleged shooter. No charges have been filed at this time. The investigation is continuing.

Oxford Police, Benton County Sheriff's deputies and the State Polcie responded to the incident at 4:40 Saturday morning.
