Vermilion County candidates wasted no time filing their petitions for the March 2014 Primary. Fourteen (14) candidates had filed to run for seats on the Vermilion County Board by midday Monday.

County office-holders filing included incumbent Vermilion County Sheriff Pat Hartshorn, a Republican, Sue Stine, a Republican seeking re-election as Vermilion County Treasurer...and Cathy Jenkins of Georgetown, a GOP running for Vermilion County Clerk.
